You can collect your property in person or use your own shipping company. 


To collect property in person, schedule your collection appointment online when paying the invoice. Available appointments will depend on your payment method and processing times. 


To arrange for collection by a third party, authorized agent, or self-appointed shippers, reach out to Post Sale Services.


You can update shipping preferences in My Account at your convenience, and changes will also apply to future purchases. Note that some types of property and sale locations may not be available to book online, due to weight/size limitations or local regulations. In such cases, contact Post Sale Services to arrange the collection of your purchase in person. 


For sales in London or Paris, if you are collecting in person or arranging your own carrier to collect a purchase, any applicable VAT must be paid before the item can be released. 


If the purchases are being exported outside the United Kingdom or European Union, any VAT paid will be reimbursed if acceptable Proof of Export evidence of the item being exported out of the UK or EU is provided within three months from the date of sale being concluded.
